After one season, our signature restaurant obtained the excellent grade of 16 out of 20 from Gault & Millau. With its authentic yet refined cuisine, 1913 has now become a must in Villars-sur-Ollon. The 1913 restaurant is open for lunch on Saturdays & Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00 and for Dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 18:30 to 21:30.
